Managing Director
Yofes Mwesige is the Managing Director (MD) Whitecross Medical Tourism. He is a Uganda young entrepreneur. He holds a Bachelors degree in Tourism and hospitality management (BTHM)of Kampala International University Kampala Campus , a diploma in Nutrition and dietaries online studies . Accredited travel consultant , He has a certificate from association of Uganda natural medicines. He has also worked in sales and marketing for various institutions including Universities , high schools and charity organizations . He has also worked with hospitals abroad as an Independent international patients associate connecting patients with doctors worldwide . He has worked with various healthcare organization like Norland global , shivalik international, Revoobit from malaysia and Shineway industrial group based in Hong Kong.
Dr. Mbadhwe John, PhD, PMP
Finance & Operations Manager
Dr. Mbadhwe John is a highly experienced and extensively trained civil engineer and project management professional with over three decades of progressive responsibility in infrastructure development, particularly in road and building construction projects across Uganda. He holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Tongji University, China, a Master's degree in Computer Science and Applications from Shanghai University, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) since July 2000.
Dr. Mbadhwe is uniquely positioned to drive the infrastructure and strategic development of White Cross Medical Tourism initiatives. Leveraging his experience in engineering design, construction supervision, project financing, and systems implementation.
Mr. Benard Kibwota

My name is Benard Kibwota, and I am currently the Chief Technology Officer at WhiteCross Medical Tourism. I am a Ugandan national with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, complemented by a Diploma in Software Engineering and Cyber Security. With a strong foundation in both finance and technology, I bring a unique blend of skills to ensure the smooth operation and security of our IT systems, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in medical tourism services.

Etoroabasi Arthur is the Nigerian Ambassador for Whitecross Medical Tourism. She is a passionate Nigerian entrepreneur and community builder with a strong commitment to healthcare access and wellness across Africa. Etoroabasi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Uyo, Nigeria, and combines her background with a deep interest in wellness, health, and social impact.
With a keen interest in health advocacy and global patient care, Etoroabasi brings valuable insight into the Nigerian healthcare space, offering strategic support in connecting patients to quality international medical solutions through Whitecross Medical Tourism. Her role as ambassador bridges trust and accessibility, ensuring patients receive guidance, support, and education throughout their medical travel journey.
Shamim Nanyanzi

Shamim Nanyanzi is a dynamic young lady and accomplished A.level at Marry hill Secondary School and obtained 2nd class,
a bachelors degree in Public administration in Makerere University with a passion for public administration. She has worked various Companies and organizations in Uganda and abroad obtaining over 5 years of experience, she has established herself as a leader in her field, known for her unique qualities as innovative thinking, exceptional leadership and dedication.
Throughout her career, Shamim has notable achievements, awards. Her commitment to relate with community has made a significant impact, inspiring others to follow in her footsteps.
